Please Note
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate ease of access to garden and base without any height restrictions as various panels are 8' 6" and over in height and width. Please notify us if there are permanent archways or other fixtures that restrict clear access to base.

We do not recommend the use of bearers.

It is essential that a prepared flat and level concrete or paved area is provided by the client prior to assembly.

All buildings should be at least 12" - 18" from boundary fences where possible to allow for roof overhangs on buildings which can be 18" and over also for future annual maintenance treatments.

Delivery

Free delivery within 75 mile radius of Rayleigh, Essex. Larger distances may incur extra cost.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that:-

reasonable access to the site is available.
there is a person there, at the prearranged time, to accept delivery.
the base is completed and of the correct dimensions, when the assembly is to be carried out by Harveys.
Should any of these factors contribute to the necessity to make a further delivery then a minimum surcharge of £100 plus V.A.T. will be made.

Terms of Sale

20% deposit payable with order, balances paid on delivery can be by building society counter cheque, Bankers Draft or Cash.
Debit/Credit cards are accepted ( not American Express ) and require three days clearance through our terminal prior to delivery.
We are unable to accept personal cheque on delivery, these require five working days for bank clearance.

No claim for shortage or damage can be entertained unless made within three days of delivery. Specifications stated will be adhered to as far as possible but the Company reserves the right to make any alteration which may be necessary or advantageous.

Prices stated hold good for at least 14 days after dispatch of catalogue.The Company reserves the right to cancel any order by notifying the customer and returning monies paid in full. In the event of a cancellation of any order by a customer due to unforeseen circumstances the Company reserves the right to deduct a nominal sum to defray out of pocket expenses from any returnable deposit. Cancellation of standard designs cannot be accepted after 7 days from the date of order. Cancellation of an order which is of a special nature (i.e. not a standard design) cannot be accepted after receipt of the customer's firm, written instructions. All sizes of Timber, in specifications are nominal, i.e. sizes before matching, this is, of course, usual in the trade. All imperial sizes stated, are now in the nearest metric equivalent, i.e. 8ft × 6ft is 2.4m × 1.8m (7ft, 10 ½ins × 5ft, 10 7/8 ins actual size).
